About Peel HIV/AIDS Network (PHAN)
PHAN is the pre-eminent HIV/AIDS Service provider in the Region of Peel with a staff responsible for health promotion, community education and client support programs, and dedicated support from many volunteers who help with program development and delivery.
Our valued community partners include Canadian AIDS Society, Ontario AIDS network, Peel Public Health, many AIDS Service organizations in the GTA, and community and clinical service providers in the Region of Peel.
Our key funding partners are Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care, Public Health Agency of Canada, United Way of Peel Region, Trillium Foundation, Peel Public Health (and many others over the year).

The Peel HIV/AIDS Network (PHAN) is committed to serving diverse people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS and to limit the spread of the virus through support, education, advocacy and volunteerism.
