In addition to prevention, the goal is to enable ongoing service delivery and operations before and during recovery from an emergency-related disruption.
This tool helps Executive Directors and senior leaders in organizations to assess their current response to the COVID-19 pandemic, anticipate their future needs in response to the pandemic, identify the required actions to take and determine the resources/supports available to do so. It offers a number of key questions to consider and checklists to help identify the changes that have or may need to take place.
